Pajamas Media has an editorial arguing that Hollywood filmmakers and movie reviewers have been too reluctant to make and praise movies criticizing Islamic terrorism. As an example, the author points to the reception for the recent movie Traitor, and highlights comments from several critics who felt the film was anti-Islamic. (DMN reviewer Tom Maurstad gave Traitor a 'C,' complaining that the film's characters were shallow and under-developed.) So, what do you think? Should Hollywood make more movies showing the U.S. fighting against Islamic terrorists? Archived Comments |

Stupid question. My answer is no, not a movie I am interested in watching. Nothing to do with being liberal or inflaming tensions.
This is a stupid question. My answer is no they should not make more such films, it just is not a movie I would find entertaining. Nothing to do with being liberal or inflaming tensions.
what a stupid poll. It suggests there are movies that support terrorism
make movies that either tell the truth or entertain.
I don't go to the movies to hear preaching
What Hollywood should do is to make a few less films that declare the U.S. the evil empire, resonsible for all the bad stuff that happens and a general sh*t bag of a nation. They just hate this country and make far too many money-losing movies that reflect their contempt for this nation. This reflects the liberal line that it is THIS country that does wrong and the real bad guys are so not understood by the rubes that live here.
How about a movie condemning the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty? Or one shining the light on the settler attacks on the West Bank citizens? Then the public might be informed about the root causes of so-called Islamic "terrorism"...
