The Dallas Video Festival is experimenting with its format for its 21st edition, going with two series instead of its traditional four-day run.
The first series, called The Program, will feature video art and begin July 26. It continues for five consecutive Saturday evenings (times vary) at Conduit Gallery, 1626 Hi Line Drive.
The formal festival will run Oct. 3-5 at the Angelika Film Center at Mockingbird Station (5321 E. Mockingbird Lane) and will show the usual wide assortment of video programming from around the world that the festival is known for.
