Jean Reno as "Leon: The Professional"

Well, all of the DiVAS (Deadly Viper Assassination Squad) in 'Kill Bill' are pretty bad-a in their own right, but Uma Thurman as the Bride stands above them all. She's confident, sexy, and knows how to wield her weapons. What more could you want in a hit (wo)man?

Kip -- I would argue that Uma wasn't actually a hit woman. When i think of what a hitman is, i think of someone who is a contract killer. Wasn't she more killing out of revenge? I will agree with you on her ability to slice up some bad guys.

I liked John Cusak in Grosse Point Blank.

Stephen--
Not to get into this too much, but she was the deadliest member of the squad, and her revenge missions further proved her nickname of "The Black Mamba."
To fit into a more rigid definition of a hitman, you really can't go wrong with Antonio Banderas in 'Desperado.'
