I don't really think I could pick a single "top" movie this year (though 'Juno' may be closest), so here's an alphabetical top 10 from me:
American Gangster
Grindhouse
Hot Fuzz
Juno
The Kingdom
No Country for Old Men
Once
Sweeney Todd
Waitress
Zodiac
Honorable mentions: The Bourne Ultimatum, Charlie Wilson's War, Hairspray, Ratatouille, The Simpsons Movie

Juno's my fave, you just can't beat it (or get that Anyone Else But You song out of your head). But loved Eastern Promises, too.

Is Javier Bardem's Anton Chigurh truly evil incarnate? Or is he neither evil nor incarnate?
I suspect the latter.

Twas a great year for movies... My list are my faves though a few possible flims like There Will Be Blood, Once, Charlie Wilson's War, Sweeny Todd and Michael Clayton are not on this list since I haven't seen them yet.
1. No Country For Old Men
2. 300
3. Juno
4. Grindhouse
5.Zodiac
6. 3:10 to Yuma
7. Eastern Promises
8. American Gangster
9. Gone Baby Gone
10. Across the Universe
Runners up: Bourne Ultimatum, Black Snake Moan, Hot Fuzz and The Kingdom.
Now how Chris Vognar could leave off No Country For Old Men astounds me.

Although it won the Oscar for Foreign Language Film last year, "The Lives Of Others" didn't officially open in the U.S. until 2007. I can't see how anyone could leave that film off a 10 best list.
